Privacy Policy

When you share something with Zadde, whether it is your phone number, a parenting concern, a question, or a thought, you are trusting us. We do not take that lightly. This page tells you honestly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we will never do.

When you register with Zadde or access Zadde Direct, we collect your phone number. That is the foundation of your relationship with us. If you choose to share your name, we keep that too. It helps us speak to you as a person, not a number.

When you share a parenting concern through our Listening Page or inside Zadde Direct, we receive and store what you have written, so that a real Zadde guide can read it and respond to you personally.

When you attend a Zadde Show or Zadde Fest, we may collect the information you gave us when you registered for your ticket.

We do not collect your location. We do not collect information about your device beyond what your browser makes available to any website. We do not place tracking cookies that follow you around the internet.

We use your phone number to send you your Zadde Direct access link, and to send you information about Zadde events and updates you have asked to receive.

We use what you share in conversations to respond to you: personally, carefully, and with the full attention of a real human being on our side. Your conversations are never read by algorithms and never used to train AI systems.

We use your event registration information to manage your tickets and communicate with you about events you have signed up for.

We will never sell your information to anyone. Not to advertisers. Not to partners. Not to anyone.

We will never share your personal information with third parties except where it is strictly necessary to deliver a service you have asked for, for example, processing a payment through a payment provider, or sending you an SMS through a messaging provider. In those cases, the provider receives only what they need and nothing more.

We will never use what you share in a private conversation to embarrass you, identify you publicly, or share your story without your explicit, informed consent.

We will never contact you with information you have not asked for.

Zadde Direct, the platform through which you access Zadde's services, is built and owned by Zadde. Your conversation history, your profile, your tickets, and the content you access all live in a database Zadde controls. We are not relying on a third-party messaging platform to hold your data on our behalf.

This matters because it means your relationship with Zadde is not subject to the decisions of any platform you did not choose. If Zadde changes a technology provider, your data stays with Zadde and your relationship with us continues without interruption.

Your data is stored securely. Access to parent data within Zadde's systems is restricted to Zadde staff who need it to serve you, and each staff member's access is limited to what their role requires.

Your Zadde Direct session is protected by a secure, time-limited authentication link. No one can access your account without access to your phone.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Send us a message through Zadde Direct or reach us through our Listening Page, and we will respond promptly.
